1.  Happy Birthday Cloud Sign

Cut out a giant cloud from the Get Happy Cut It and use LD Mellow Fellow to cut out rainbow colored letters.

2. Tagged Skittle Party Favors

Use 1" by 7" cellophane bags and fill with Skittles or M&M's, create a simple tag and spell out Happy Birthday or the Birthday Girl or Boy's name (using LD Mellow Fellow). Fold in half, add a little ribbon and stable to the top of the bags.

3. Rainbow Pinwheel Party Decor and Favors

4. Decorated Party Hat

I just laid ribbons scraps down and tied together in the center then glued to an alligator clip.
