Basic Cupcake Wrappers SVG
Card Stock
Pom Poms
Glue
Sandwich Bags
Treats

Begin by cutting out your Basic Cupcake Wrappers with your electronic cutter onto your favorite card stock. Attach ends together. Then fill your sandwich bags with whatever treat you decide to use. Secure the end tightly and place into the cupcake wrap upside down. Adhere a fun pom pom on top and attach a name tag and any additional embellishments or ribbon.
