Back to School Treats

Use our new Teacher's Pet Cut It Projects to create fun back-to-school treats!

Materials:

Teacher's Pet Cut It Projects
Cardstock
Rice Crispy Treats
Plastic Wrap

Directions:

Make the crayon box from the Teacher's Pet Cut It Projects as directed by instructions included with the file. Make up your batch of Rice Crispy Treats. 

Rice Crispy Treats Recipe:

1/2 cup butter
11.5 cups of rice crispy cereal
1 16oz. bag of mini marshmallows
1 TBSP of vanilla

1. Melt butter large sauce pan over low heat slowly. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and well-blended. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat add vanilla.
2. Add cereal. Stir until well coated.
3. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly and firmly in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. 
4. Cut treats into 2.65 in by 3.65 in squares. Wrap into individual pieces of plastic wrap.

Place inside box. Add a fun note! Perfect, fun back-to-school treat!
